Hi,
When using my Laptop, it suddenly stood still so I did hard shut down (press and hold Start button a few seconds) to restart it.
However, it did not restart, instead it showed the blue screen saying:
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.
We'll restart for you.

If you call a support person, give them this info:
Stop code: UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME
and it kept automatically restarting without any commands.
So I followed the link and googled the instruction to fix the error, I downloaded Windows 10 Media Creation Tools and created bootble USB using my 16-GB-USB stick. I again did hard shut down and plugged in the USB. However, when I press Start, USB didn't start with the laptop. So it kept showing the blue screen and automatically restarting itself. I did hard shut down 3 times, as instructed to get to Windows Recovery Environment. But it still just showed the blue screen again and again. No buttons on my keyboard works, there are also no buttons to click or arrow to move on the screen. Now what should I do to solve this?
Thank you!
AP.
