Windows 11 Unreal Engine 4 games not working on my Windows PC.

I have been experiencing problems with games built with Unreal Engine 4 across many different titles (Hell Let Loose, Post Scriptum, and today Star Wars Jedi Survivor) When I attempt to launch these games I just get a black screen. In the task Manager on my Windows PC it says that the .exe program is not responding. The games do not crash at any time. Nor do I get an error message. I just simply get a black screen whenever I try to launch games built with Unreal Engine 4.This is not a large issue, my PC functions flawlessly for general use, I use it extensively each day for studying and gamin
