Hello, I bought new WiFi adapter- TP- Link AC 1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router
Archer C7. Internet speed is going really slow on my HP laptop but fast on other devices like phones other laptops and TV. I check it here: Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

I tried literally everything.. My router location is not near any other device. I reset DNS, I use latest drivers I changed my Broadcom driver to his previous version but there was no effect so I updated it. I reset my router and laptop to their factory. I use 11th channel, 40 mHz width (I tried on 20 and auto also), my mode is 802.11 b/g/n mixed (tried g/n and n only). My Broadcom properties: bandwidth capability is 11b/g:20/40MHz (tried on 20 only also), IBSS Mode is 802.11b/g/n Auto, XPress (TM) Technology is enabled. Power Management: Allow the computer to turn off this device to save mode is not set. I texted TP- Link support and they replied me to call them (Romanian office) connected to my laptop through Team Viewer and checked my setting and my WiFi was slowing down again (the guy from Romania did the same thing I did and there was no effect). I have that problem on my old adapter. I use 2.4 Ghz on this laptop. I checked the speed from my other devices (another Laptop, Samsung smart TV, Samsung S6 phone and iphone) on 2.4 Ghz and they are working fine, no problem there . I used TCP optimizer and nothing. The WiFi is perfect but suddenly drops. It happens just on this l

aptop I haven't experienced this issue to another device.

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test -fast
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test -slow (Few minutes after the fast result, haven't changed any settings)

HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
System memory: 8GB
Video:

Graphic memory: 2,161 MB
In Device Manager:
Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn Wi- Fi Adapter
Realtek Pcle GBE Family Controller

I haven't made any hardware changes.I noticed that the wifi icon sometimes is flashing.

I did a test if the problem is from the router. So I played 4k video on my TV, this HP ENVY, another HP laptop and two
phones on 1440p quality. All devices were connected on 2.4GHz and I didn't ger problem playing the video on any device.

I used HP support assistant. Checked for updates and ran the troubleshooter. I checked for updates manualy and ran
the windows troubleshoter also.

I texted to HP support so they told me to do this:

Try uninstalling the wireless drivers from device manager and install the latest drivers using HP recovery manager.

//I did this two times. I reset even the laptop and router to their factory settings but no result.

"ipconfig/flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
To open the TCP Global Settings, type netsh int tcp show global in Command Prompt and then press Enter."
//Nothing changed

"1) Right-click your WiFi icon at the bottom right corner of your PC desktop and click Open Network and Sharing Center.
2) Click Change adapter settings.
3) Right-click your WiFi adapter and click Properties.
4) Click Configure.
5) Go to the Power Management tab. Un-tick the box for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Click OK. "

Updated Bios from link given to me also

I called my ISP, they checked my laptop with Team Viewer, the guy told me that the problem is from their side so he updated something. I did some speed test and the internet was good. 5 minutes later the problem appeared again. I called them again and they told me that there is nothing they can do.

I replaced my router with my old one and I have same issue, this is the result:
Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

At the same time I was doing speed test with another HP laptop and the result is:

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

I did the test on third wireless router and the results are the same.

This is the last think I did in CMD:
