Hi,Rig:MB - Asus X670E+ wifiCPU - AMD Ryz5 7600xGPU - Asus Dual AMD Radeon XT 6700 OCRAM - Crucial DDR5Monitor - Samsung G5 Odyssey (144Hz, display port >1.2)Vsync enabledProblem statement:sometimes, when the pc starts up, the framerate is extremely unstable (oscillating from 5 to 60 randomly); when I launch a game and then reboot the system, the framerate come back to normal (ie - 60+ fps on elden ring 1440p maximum settings). Then I proceed to normal computer usage until the next 'faulty reboot'.What has been already done:- updated all the drivers- updated bios- clean OS install- GPU stre
