Windows 11 Update Install Error : 0x80070103 when attemptiong to install : Intelligo - Extension - 100.1.4.1183

Hello, I ran windows update this morning and found a bunch of updates available. All but the following installed correctly :Intelligo - Extension - 100.1.4.1183When I attempt to install this update, it errors out with error 0x80070103.I am using Windows 11 Home.Is there anything I can do to fix this, or anywhere I can report this?Cheers.
