Windows 10 Update problem. Is it safe to run update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642) and Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 200

Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642) and Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 3 (SP3) have appeared in my updates. I don't have Office 2007 but 365. I did recently install MS Streets and Trips 2010 which has an Access database file in it. The program also installed .Net3.50 I'm running Windows10 22H2 OS build 19045.2251.Is it safe to run? Can it be removed? If so, how?Many thanks in adavance.
