Windows 11 Update removes apps -> "the item changed or moved"

Seems to delete apps. Can't find the .exe anymore. Also secure apps like Stata 17. This happened with a few of the last updates. Is there are way to permanently fix it? Thank you very much in advance!***** moved from german to english Community *****
