No this isn't working
A dell pc I was using is stuck at 94% I logged off and went to turn the computer off when I noticed it needed updated so I press the update then shut down option.It has been stuck for a good 16 hours by now and it will get to 94% then restart. All of which is a black screen, I have access no nothing.After the restart it brings up the Dell logo and tells me it didn't go as planned and it's undoing changes and to keep the computer on. Note: this is a relatives computer and they can not lose the things on it so I don't know what to do about it.
