Windows 10 Updated and now unable to open photos.exe

3 days ago everything was fine but since this last update Photos.exe does not open at all. I have went into the app settings and reset, repaired and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still same. I have done a restore and numerous other steps without success. Help
