Windows 11 Updated BIOS with the new Intel Microcode update and Windows 11 won't activate

I updated my motherboard's BIOS along with the Intel Microcode update [https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-Z790I-EDGE-WIFI/support#bios] and Windows 11 Pro refuses to activate. Troubleshooting gives me: "We weren't able to activate Windows on this device."I can select "I changed hardware on this device recently" and I get an option to select the correct device, and hit "Activate". I get: "We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."I purchased Windows 11 Pro from the Microsoft Store and I don't want to have to purchase it again.
