Windows 10 updated windows causing problem since 10/29/22, system installed update file from 5/27/2021

updated windows 10 version 22H2 for x64-based system on 10/29/22 but having problems since... i looked at the microsoft update catalogue and the windows file that was updated on that date is a file from 5/27/2021 (KB4023057) all of the rest of the updates previous to this update were current files in the KB501's numbers. Is this an error on microsoft update? Should I have been updated with a very old file? (my desktop - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz 16.0 GB 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch)
