First, I'm using Windows 7.My USB Drives are not working. I It's not showing up in the COMPUTER as it should and as it usually does. This is extremely frustrating. At first, it showed the drivers were not working and corrupted. I downloaded the drivers directly from Gateway's website. Windows installed them and the PC is STILL not showing/opening the drive. The DEVICES AND PRINTERS folder as well as Device Manager is showing that devices are plugged in. I tried your steps and methods, I installed as many updates and reset the BIOS screen. STILL- nothing. So why isn't the COMPUTER folder now s
