Windows 11 Updating from 23H2 to 24H2 fails: 0xC1900101-0x40017

I have around 20 laptops which have the same build image on them. They see 24H2 in Windows Update, and after the 2nd reboot, I get a blue screen, and setup backs out the changes, and puts me back on 23H2.I tried uninstalling the Intel SST drivers, but this made no difference.I performed a clean install of 23H2 from the ISO, and Windows update performed the upgrade to 24H2 just fine without error, or intervention.I have collected the logs (Panther and Rollback) in a zip file, if someone is willing and able to help me?Thanks!
