Hello everyone,

I recently found my laptop (asus zenbook flip UX370) looping into bios.

Bios doesn't see any kind of sata device connected.

I tried the few options available to me, so secure boot on/off, CSM on/off but nothing works.

Using a windows usb installer, i see a 0mb drive that i obviouly cant install onto. I can't repair nor restore anything.

Moving to a different PC, i can see the drive. Discovered bitlocker was used on that disk, so without the password i had to use diskpart and took a fresh start.

With the disk cleaned, i could reinstall windows without problem, and everything was back to normal. I installed all the drivers, and did not use bitlocker this time.

But now, windows update installed again 2004, and i'm back to square one. PC looping into bios and invisible SSD.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
