What do I need to upgrade to Windows 10? I do not use apps, and do not have a smart phone. I do NOT use the cloud, I have a Simpledrive 1TB backup drive from SimpleTech by Fabrik. I don't want to lose any of my files or my Non-Microsoft programs, such as the program for my digital camera, Norton, Spybot, and my Lexmark Prospect Pro205 printer. All of which I am hoping are compatible with Windows 10. They were all purchased when I had Windows XP.

So, do I need a Windows 10 CD or something else? Are there instructions for those of us who know how to work ON a computer but do not understand ISO, Enterprise vs. Pro vs. others, OE, Installation media (does this just mean a cd?), etc.

Do I need a new Product Key, or do I use the one I have on my Windows 7? Do I need just one item, or multiple items to upgrade. i.e. License vs. Product Key, vs. Media creation tool vs. etc.
