Windows 11 "Upgraded" to AMD, computer crashes all the time now

Good morning! I've recently upgraded my computer to a 7800x3d from a 10700kf which also included a switch from windows 10 to windows 11. I started getting crashes about a week into the new build but it was random. Now it's more frequent and frustrating.
