Windows 10 Upgrading to windows 10 breaks DirectX 11 on all computers

I have tried it in windows XP, windows 7 and even windows 8.1 computers with integrated graphics, and when I install windows 10 to them it says it has DirectX 12 in dxdiag. But when I run DirectX11 programs or higher, they crash saying it's not compatible anymore, that DirectX 11 or 12 files are missing, and I can't automatically or manually install them. All of these computers originally have DirectX 11, but it won't detect it.The windows 10 version I installed on them is 22h2I can't find any fixes online, this is my last hope before I downgrade them to play anything from the last decade onwa
