Windows 11 (Urgent) Intel 12th gen CPU: Windows 11 scheduler using only e cores for out of focus tasks on i9-12900

I am running a heavy simulation on my workstation. Whenever I switch to other window, my simulation runs on e-core only. Is there a way to use all cores all the time? I have changed power plan to best performance, but it doesn't change anything. This is such a stupid feature and I hope Microsoft can get rid of this soon.
