Windows 11 Urgent! ReFS drives are not accessible after rolling back from 24H2

I fresh installed Windows 11 24H2 and rolled back to 23H2, and I realized that all the drives that are in ReFS format are no longer accessible. Clicking them will pop a window asking you to format the drive. Disk management shows file system as "raw".
