Windows 11 URGENT!! Virus scan failed message stopping me saving files from email. how do i stop this?? have disabled virus scan from Mcafee

I have tried disabling all virus scan software but it continues even if I'm trying to download just from email. I don't even need to be on Google or Microsoft Edge.
