Windows 11 USB 3.0 dvd driver does not work after UPDATE V 22H2 installed on 11/16/2023

Windows 11 HomeMB asrock z690 and HP LaptopAfter the the most recent WIN 11 UPDATE V 22H2 installed on 11/16/2023 my USB 3.0 CD/DVD does not work.MthsTec RW DVD- was working before the update.When I connect it to a 3.0 USB hub it does not play or recognize a dvd disk...just keeps connecting and diconnecting while beepingI updated the driver in device manager.Other 4 X USB 3.0 SSD DRIVES WORK PROPERLY ON A 3.0 HUB.I've connected the USB 3.0 DVD to a Windows 7 AND A WINDOWS 10 (with exact driver and version) computer and it recognizes and plays the DVD flawlessly using VLC LAN 64BIT....This j
