Windows 11 USB-C connector device not working for HDMI extension.

I recently bought a USB-C HDMI connector. The device is working fine with USB ports but the HDMI connections made in the device is not connected. It works fine in another computer. When I checked in the device manager, network adapters 'ASIX AX88179A USB 3.2 Gen I to Gigabite ethernet adapter #2' shows a device status error showing error -This device cannot start. (Code 10). Also there is an unresponsive universal serial bus controller having port reset failure. What is the solution this issue. I want to extend my screen to another two screens using this device.
