Windows 11 usb-c pd stopped working on lenovo legion slim 5 2023 after 10 minutes of use off a 100w power bank. How do I rest/ or fix usb c pd? or is it gone for

So basically i was using a power bank from imuto its called container-x its rated for 100w output throught usb-c. playing light games on browser and my screen started flickering charging, not chargi9ng and just cyling like that. I came home i plugged it into a 100w wall charger and it didn't charge. and now im concerned that itll never work again. is there like a way to reactivate usb-c pd. Please help
