Windows 10 "USB device not recognized" keeps popping up even if I am not plugging in the USB.

Hi,In my Laptop the message "USB device not recognized" keeps popping up even if I am not plugging in the USB. I am also Hearing the USB plug-in and USB plug-out sounds too even if I am not plugging in the USB. I tried various fixes like uninstalling the driver and disabling it etc. but nothing worked. I tried troubleshooters also but nothing happened.Regards
