Windows 10 USB did not migrate after updates

I have been working to fix the issues on my computer for 3 days now and seem to be going around in circles. The USBs have not migrated, but chipsets are good. it is only on the composite and generic USBs. The following is the event log for 1 of the 4 USBs involved. Any suggestions would be appreciated,
