!!! MICROSOFT USB DUAL KEYBOARD AND MOUSE RECEIVER NO ALLOWING MONITORS TO SLEEP PROBLEM SOLVED !!!I was having the same issue with the Microsoft Dual Receiver for my wireless keyboard and mouse. I did the following and it now if fixed:1. Changed in the Power Options Advanced: USB selective suspend setting to Disabled2. In Device Settings: Edit both the Mouse and Keyboard Drivers Properties, make sure in Power Management the "Allow this device to Wake Computer" is unchecked on both sections.3.
