Windows 11 USB Flash Drive not showing up in file explorer but it shows in disk management with not storage capacity

My usb drive doesn't appear in "my pc" but shows up in notification section with only a choice to go to devices and printers.There is no choices there apart from "remove device". It appears also in disk management with no space capacity
