I recently purchased a USB Headphone (Redgear Cosmo 7.1). When I plug it into my Windows 11 Laptop, I receive an error notification stating, "USB Device not recognized: The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." Strangely enough, these same headphones work perfectly fine on two other Windows 10 laptops and a PS4.To troubleshoot this issue, I have attempted the following steps without success:Running the troubleshooter: Upon running the troubleshooter, it prompts me to connect the device, but it fails to detect it.Updating all relevant
