Hello! I have a printer for a very long time, but the old cable I used broke, I haven't printed with it for over a year, and today I bought a cable because we use need it for school, but when I tried to install the drivers off of it, it asked for me to connect the printer, even though it was connected, I took out the cable, put it back in, it didn't work, changed ports, still doesn't work, then I checked for updates and made sure everything was up-to-date on my laptop, but then I just got the USB device not recognized (The last USB device you last connected to this computer malfunctioned, and
