Windows 11 USB port connecting and disconnecting… nothing plugged.

My PC has a USB port that is constantly connecting and disconnecting. Ran a couple of troubleshooters, updated BIOS… I even reinstalled Windows 11. The same port keeps failing. I’m starting to believe that the motherboard is failing.
