Windows 10 USB ports not working

Yesterday, I changed my pc's case and also did a reset to it and, ever since, 4 out of 6 of my back USB ports have not worked, while the other 2 work perfectly fine. Power is still running through them because I'm able to charge my phone if I plug it into one of the 4 ports. I've tried most of the common solutions, but with no success. Could you provide me with a few more solutions, before I deem it a motherboard fault?
