Hello All,
While I was tryng to copy files from a colleagues USB drive, Pen drive, I got infected.
This is not the classy virus that turns files into short-cuts, but it turns the USB drive into short-cut.
When I insert the flash drive, my AV "Kaspersky" will scan and stop on 99% indefinitely, say hours. When I close the scan, and double click on the usb drive, which is D on my laptop, it will open and i see another icon as shortcut, double click nothing happens only an error message.
I tried the cmd and defender, btw i could not see the wscript on the task manager, I need your help, I have files extremely important to me.
