Windows 10 USB WIFI connection keeps stopping

I have this computer for few years now, but recently, after few minutes of use WIFI connection permanently drops and no other networks show up in the taskbar.When I try to reset the USB WIFI NIC, by unplugging it, the computer does not recognize it being unplugged or re-plugged (No notification sound). But when I restart the computer, during windows shot-down process, I can hear Notification sound play that the NIC is plugged in. My WIFI Nic is connected through same USB Hub as my mouse and keyboard and they both work wile WIFI Drops.I know that this is Windows issue because this computer is
