Windows 11 User Access Control prompt asking username and password but I have forgotten the password I haves set. I need help asap

Every time I try to open Google Chrome or any other software this dialog pops up.I think it's because I have made changes in user access control to local account where I have set the password but forgotten.How to rectify this issue and go back to default UAC administrator.
