Need to restore access (password reset) to my wife's account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, can you help? Web interface is continually rejecting requests. The account in question is connected to my wife's user account on her laptop. She does not use it for email so there is little to no history of its use. This causes the web recovery page to reject our help requests. At issue are passwords and important photo records that she needs take care of her banking and home business.
