Windows 11 User account linked devices menu item question

I found an unauthorized user account a week and a half ago and have been routinely checking all the settings regarding file sharing and user accounts.Last evening, when checking the user account linked devices menu item, I encountered what is in the video linked below. I have two devices, a laptop and desktop, in my windows account. This was my desktop. I was not online. When I went online and checked, the menu item displayed correctly.Here is the one drive link.
