Windows 11 User Folder Renaming in Registry Error

Windows 11 was installed by a PC Builder and the User Folder was named Owner with no password. I logged on as Owner and changed my User Name to Bill Phillips using my Microsoft Account Credentials. I wanted to change the User Folder Name from Owner to BillPh using a Registry hack. I saved a copy of the Registry on my Desktop before making the hack. See the two lousy screenshots taken with my phone because I'm accustomed to using Paint to save screenshot made using Win+Shift+S but could not find Paint. These show the User Name entries I got.
