Windows 10 User list doesn't show after uninstalling Lockdown Browser

My son had to use Lockdown Browser for one of his classes. Since the program was removed, we have a problem. When the PC is booted up, only the most recent user can log on. There are no other users listed. But if that user logs on then logs off, all the other users are listed.Lockdown Browser created similar problems (shutdown & restart not listed on logon screen) which I fixed by clearing some registry entries it added. I'm wondering if there is another registry entry that I missed related to displaying the list of users?
