I recently bought this computer from a friend and I reset the computer completely and wiped everything . Now when it reset his Microsoft account was still there asking to redo the pin since the last one got wiped. But when you to redo the pin it says user profile failed to sign-in. After that I can’t do much else, anything else I have tried so far hasn’t worked can this be fixed by me either replacing his account with mine or completely getting rid of his and than doing the process like new? I just need this to be fixed it is a good computer and I would like to you it .
