So, for some reason, I can't access or open the services application on my laptop, though I'm the administrator. I have tried using 'run as administrator,' yet it won't open. When I access its file location and try opening it, it says, 'This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator' and yes, I have googled for tips, but they won't help. As well as it turns out I can't access many of such system applications due to that restriction.Is there any way to resolve this issue ??
