Hi,I've got a user who's laptop keeps freezing and crashing and giving a loud noise. My thought was it was a driver issue and software not up to date issue. So I went on and did all the optional updates possible and downloaded all recommended drivers dell had to offer from there support assist program. Once I was finished it crashed one more time when the user logged back into her account. But hasn't happened since for a few hours. I checked the windows minidump folder and the last dump was made 10 days ago (01/11/22) so I thought that wouldn't help. I then went on to check "view reliability h
