Windows 10 UWP applications crash after 5 seconds of opening and all apps from Serbian titles are translated to English titles

like the title saysi can't open any of UWP apps in Windows 10 even Microsoft Store and for example i open MS store then it gets normal and after 5 seconds it closesand Xbox Game Bar error that it cannot be openned and Cortana does it tooi cant get screen shots because i need more than 5 seconds to screenshot them (i know that Win key + PrtScn key shortcut but it cant screen shot of app closing immedatly)System: Windows 10 Professional x64Graphics: AMD Radeon Vega 8CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200GRAM: 8GB (5,93 of it is useable)Feature Pack (version): 22H2 (the version that im having issues with UWP apps
