I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones I usually use while I'm working just to listen to podcasts or music or whatever in the background. Everything seems very quiet through them even at 100 volume level. I have tried several different headphones and they all have the same issue. Upon checking the sound levels and disabling enhancements and all the other normal troubleshooting steps, the sound suddenly blasted back up to what I assume is the actual full volume setting without me actually changing anything or the numerical volume level changing at all.
