Windows 7 VC redist problem

  • So lately i wanted to play some games, but they didn't seem to start up. After some research, i've came to conclusion, that the problem is something with VC redist. So i went on the Microsoft website, and downloaded the most recent 2019 version. When seemingly 5-10 minutes of downloading passed, an error popped up. The error code is 0xc80003f3, and it happens everytime when i try to download this version. Not to mention, that on older versions it works the same way. This is the error log.
