Hi, hoping someone may be able to clarify an issue with my home PC for me. My daughter went to play The Sims and as she launched it a message popped up saying the video card was not supported. She has played the same games on this PC numerous times. The screen then crashed and the resolution is now stretched. The 2nd monitor is also not detected. The PC actually works fine, it’s just the display that is skewed.I have checked all the cables and both monitors and all seems fine. Have also done all the checks suggested by Mr Google!
