Windows 10 Video keeps playing and pausing again and again every second on my HP laptop. I tried resetting while keeping my files but it didn't help.

Whenever I play a video on my PC be it a downloaded one or on any browser. It keeps playing and pausing again and again and again. I don't know what happened. So I tried resetting it while choosing the option to keep my files, But it didn't help.
