It's been some months since I'm having this issue. I've also posted on AMD support forums with no luck. Hopefully somebody here can help.

My specifications:

Dell Inspiron 5547 Laptop (43BH342)

Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit (Version 1909)

Intel Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz

8GB RAM DDR3

GPU AMD Radeon R7 M260 2GB DDR3 (Driver version: 26.20.15019.15019)

Intel HD Graphics Family (Driver version: 20.19.15.4531)

Intel(R) 8 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller (Driver version: 13.0.0.1098)

It's an old laptop, but up to now I have used it with no issues. It happens whenever I use the GPU (games, Steam, VLC, etc). Here's what I've already tried to do:

- updating GPU drivers on AMD website;

- updating chipset drivers on Dell website;

- reinstalling drivers in Safe Mode;

- replacing atikmpag.sys file;

- installing older version of GPU driver;

- clean reinstalling GPU driver with DDU;

- clean reinstalling Windows 10.

All supposed fixes were found on these websites:

I cannot go back to a previous Windows 10 build, but the issue was also happening with build 1903. Also when the BSOD happens and the computer restarts, the system doesn't reconize the GPU (it is not shown in Device Manager), only the integrated graphics card, so I have to turn off the computer and turn it on again for the GPU to appear.

I don't know if this is a hardware issue (troubleshooting and checking for problems on Device Manager returned nothing) or a driver compatibility issue with Windows 10. If anyone has any other thing I can try please reply.
