VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore and Trojan:Win32/MpTamperSrvDisableAV.D keeps coming back

Hey guys,I tried pretty much everything but I am still infected, please help:a few months ago, I had notifications from Defender about Trojan:Win32/MpTamperSrvDisableAV.D I did what Defender asked me to (quarantine and remove files) and ran Malwarebytes several times, as well as MSERT. Seemed like I got rid of the infection.Now, approx. 2 months later, I get those notifications about Trojan:Win32/MpTamperSrvDisableAV.D again. It happens at every boot-up of my laptop. I noticed that VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore was active right before Trojan:Win32/MpTamperSrvDisableAV.D started app
