Windows 10 Virus after updated

On 16/3/2023, my PC (Windows 10) have an update, after updated, it got many virus warning such as:"Detected: Trojan:Script/Sabsik.FL.B!mlStatus: ActiveActive threats have not been remediated and are running on your device.Date: 3/17/2023 11:44 AMDetails: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.Affected items: file: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\INetCache\UWUWR0L3\th[1].svg"I couldn't click remove or find any file look like it in the AppData folder.And there is also another file that windows defender warned: C:\Users\Adm
