Windows 11 Virus and Threat Protection not appearing after pc reset

Nv_xji .

Hi I debloated my windows 11 but found out that windows defender stopped working so i did a full cloud reset to reinstall the deleted apps but after that i found "Virus and Threat Protection" is only appearing in the Privacy and "the Privacy and Security" page in settings after clicking on it shows this message "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item your tried to access in not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information" please help me
